Shipping policy

Order Processing Time – All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Time – Delivery time varies based on location:

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days.
• Express Shipping: Please message us after placing the order within 2-3 hours or before the order, so we can deliver the parcel with fastest delivery mode (additionally fee may applies)

Shipping Charges – Shipping costs, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout. However we currently offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount, which will be mentioned on the website.

Order Tracking – Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can track your order using the provided tracking number.

Incorrect Address – Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing the order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
