Return Window – Items can be returned within 5 days of receiving the product.

Damaged Items – If you receive a damaged item, you must provide a proper video of the unboxing as proof. Without this, we will not accept the return or process a refund. Please email us immediately at "dezirelooksteam@gmail.com" upon receiving the damaged item to initiate a complaint.

Size & Quality Issues – If you face size issues or are unsatisfied with the fit/quality, you can place a return request on our website or email us at dezirelooksteam@gmail.com with your order ID and product name. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original payment method. For COD orders, please share your UPI ID or registered mobile number in the return request email to receive the refund.

No Exchange Policy – We do not offer exchanges. However, you may return the item if it doesn’t fit or meet your expectations, provided it is in good condition at the time of return. We strive to make the return process smooth and hassle-free for you.
