Return & refund policies


  1. At Dezirelooks, we want you to love your purchase! However, if you're not completely satisfied, we offer a flexible return policy with store credit to make it right.

    ✅ Returns Eligibility

    • Returns are accepted within 5 days of the delivery date.

    • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition/packaging.

    💳 Store Credit Instead of Refunds

    • We do not issue refunds to the original payment method.

    • Instead, we’ll issue you store credit via a digital gift card.

    • This credit can be used on any future purchase till the expiry date, which will be valid for upto 6 months.

    🔁 How to Make a Return

    1. Contact us at Dezirelooksteam@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

    2. If eligible, we’ll provide return instructions.

    3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue store credit via email within 5-7 business days.

    💡 Using Store Credit

    • You’ll receive a digital gift card via email with your store credit.

    • Use the code at checkout on your next purchase.

    • Credit can be used partially or fully, just like a payment method.

  2. Damaged Items – If you receive a damaged item, you must provide a proper video of the unboxing as proof. Without this, we will not accept the return or process a refund. Please email us immediately at "dezirelooksteam@gmail.com" upon receiving the damaged item to initiate a complaint.

  3. Size & Quality Issues – If you face size issues or are unsatisfied with the fit/quality, you can place a return request on our website or email us at dezirelooksteam@gmail.com with your order ID and product name.

  4. No Exchange Policy – We do not offer exchanges. However, you may return the item if it doesn’t fit or meet your expectations, provided it is in good condition at the time of return. We strive to make the return process smooth and hassle-free for you.
